My name is Inès Bejaoui and I am a Coach, Counsellor, and RTT Therapist. It is my passion to help people overcome obstacles they encounter on their life journey.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

I had all these dreams of becoming a scientist, a pro tennis player, or a dancer. I looked up to amazing people like Marie Curie and Serena Williams, and I thought, “Dream big, work hard!” That became my motto. I poured my heart and soul into pursuing those dreams, and while I achieved some of them, I never found the peace and satisfaction I was hoping for. It left me wondering. This is what I wanted right?

Why can’t I be happy?

That question sent me on a personal development journey. I delved into psychology, went to therapy, and did a lot of soul-searching. I realized that there’s nothing wrong with having big dreams or wanting to achieve goals. But for me, I needed to redirect my focus and find a different answer to the question of what I wanted to be when I grew up. And that answer was simple: to be happy.

I had to take a hard look at myself and confront my self-esteem issues, understand what truly motivated me, and question whether my actions were genuinely making me happy or if I was doing them for someone else. I needed to figure out what happiness meant to me and what I truly needed to feel fulfilled. Did I really need to be a scientist or a tennis player? What was it about dancing that ignited my soul? Am I doing this for me, or someone else?

Dedication and soul searching – Continuous learning.

Over time, with dedication and a lot of soul-searching, I learned to let go of my old expectations. I realized that I had developed habits and beliefs that were detrimental to my self-esteem and happiness. Through counseling and RTT therapy, I was able to overcome my limiting beliefs and redirect my focus towards healthy habits and the things that genuinely brought me joy.

As I continue to learn, interact with clients, and navigate life’s challenges, I have nurtured my self-awareness. It’s a crucial element that plays a significant role in transforming my thoughts and emotions. My ultimate goal is to support others in living life to the fullest, even if it means diving deep into the tough stuff like pain and hardships. Trust me, it may be challenging, but it’s totally worth it. Together, we’ll discover better coping mechanisms to emerge stronger on the other side.

A session lasts for 1 hour.

Of course, every person and every conversation is unique. If you need more time, I will always let you know in advance and check with you. If you would like to have more time, we can discuss it beforehand.

Coaching is not covered by primary health insurance. Coaching and counseling sessions are therefore not reimbursed by health insurers. However, in the context of preventing absenteeism and disability, employers are increasingly willing to cover the costs of coaching for their employees. Therefore, always check with your employer to see if they can provide any assistance in this regard.
The sessions are offered both online and in-person.
Hypnosis is a natural state of being that you experience multiple times a day in different forms in your daily life. For example, moments just before falling asleep, when you’re completely absorbed in a movie or TV series, or when you’re deeply lost in thought while cycling.During an RTT session, we consciously induce this relaxed state of being when you go into hypnosis. During hypnosis, you experience deep relaxation, which allows easy access to your subconscious mind. This is where all the important information is stored. It’s possible that you have had certain experiences that you don’t consciously remember, but they still influence your thoughts and behaviors. Under hypnosis, you discover which events you unconsciously carry with you, which can lead to certain fears or insecurities. The most important thing is that during hypnosis, we can help you let go of these burdens. We replace old, negative patterns with new and positive patterns that propel you forward in life.
No, you have full control. Being hypnotized against your will is not possible. Nothing can happen that you don’t want to happen. I am here to guide and support you, and to help uncover the beliefs you have acquired about yourself. You can come out of hypnosis at any time. Staying in hypnosis indefinitely is also not possible.

No, this is not possible. With this type of therapy, it is only available to book as part of the transformation trajectory, combined with coaching and counseling. The reason for this, is that you need the practical strategies learned in coaching to maintain the results gained in the RTT hypnosis session. The combination of coaching and RTT makes sure that you integrate the results in your subconscious mind, so that you can progress and grow. Working with both the conscious and the subconscious mind makes the trajectory successful. 

The transformation program consists of an intake, 3 coaching sessions and 1 Rapid Transformational Therapy session. Neuroscience has shown that it takes 21 days to develop a new habit. This program offers intensive guidance and therapy to radically change your life. The integration of the RTT session is achieved through pragmatic coaching sessions. 6-8 weeks are necessary for optimal results.

Everyone has the ability to be hypnotized, including yourself. All you need to do is be open and relaxed. And of course, I will guide you through the process. Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation. It is not scary at all, and you always maintain control over what happens.

No, hypnosis is completely safe. Nothing can happen that you’re not comfortable with. Hypnosis will get you in a deeply relaxed state that will allow us to work with the subconscious mind. You’ll remember everything after the session and you can stop and wake up at any time. You always are in complete control.
