Program explained
The unique aspect of this 6-8 week trajectory is that we work with both the conscious mind (through spoken therapy) and the subconscious mind (using hypnosis). In particular, we utilize Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a hybrid technique that combines the most effective elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, psychotherapy, and NLP with hypnosis as its foundation. This technique was developed by Marisa Peer, a well known and respected therapist who is an expert on working with the subconscious mind.
Under guidance, you will gradually achieve your personal goals. Together we identify the root cause of your issue and then reprogram the subconscious mind to integrate new positive beliefs that will help you achieve your goals. We provide you with the tools to prepare for the hypnosis session and then integrate the results.
The power of this program lies in the combination of hypnosis and coaching. You will be prepared for the hypnosis session in the intake and preparation session, after which you will receive a personalized audio to listen to for 21 days. Scientific research has shown that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. During the session, you will learn and understand which old beliefs you have let go of. Then comes the crucial step: Integration. With the help of two practical and profound coaching sessions, we ensure that you have the tools to integrate and stabilize the results in your life.
Intake
30 min intake session where we discuss your personal situation.
The intake allows you to see if it feels right for you to work with me. I will attentively listen to your story, explain how I can assist you, and address any questions you may have. This session is all about ensuring the right fit for your journey towards personal growth.
Preparation session
90 min preparation session where we’re getting you ready for your RTT session.
In this in-depth session, we will delve deep into the core of your issue, explore your past experiences and future goals and wishes. Together, we will define your intention and set the foundation for your transformative journey. In addition, I will give you tools to prepare your mind for the RTT session.
Self work
Preparation for your hypnosis session.
Self- and homework for one week: During this time, you will prepare for your upcoming hypnosis session with material that will be provided for you specifically.
Rapid Transformational Therapy Session & Personalized audio
Transformation peek: 150 min hypnosis session
Today I will put you in hypnosis: we’re working with your subconscious mind. And don’t worry; it’s perfectly safe. You will not turn into a chicken. Nothing can happen against your will. You’re always in control. I will guide you throughout the whole session and together, we’ll explore your negative thought patterns, address their origins, and replace them with positive, healthy beliefs in your subconscious mind. We’re going to let your mind work for you, not against you. At the end of the session you will receive a personalized audio that you will listen to for 21 days. This audio is pivotal for your transformation, as the process of neuroplasticity has started!
Coaching session
Solidify your results with practical tools – 90 min
We focus on solidifying the progress you made and providing you with practical coaching tools to integrate your results into your daily life. This stage is crucial for integrating positive changes and giving you the tools and knowledge to keep on progressing. Together, we’ll build a strong foundation to support your continued growth and success.
Final coaching session
The mind learns by repetition. Reflection on your transformation journey – 90 min
Congrats for coming all this way! The 21 days have passed and your subconscious mind has integrated your new, positive beliefs. In this follow-up coaching session, we review the results of your previous sessions and reflect on your healing journey. We take the time to evaluate your progress, while paying attention to areas that may still require fine-tuning. I will provide you with practical tools and strategies to maintain all the progress you’ve made, enabling you to take the wheel and confidently continue your journey towards long-term positive change.
